Villavalli

This is a big and spacious timber-house which was built in 2008 with storm-felled trees from our forest. Almost all of the building material is nature products. (wood, metal and concrete).

A five-star accomodation according to Novasol (a house/cottage intermediary in Europe).

Maximum number of guests: 10 + one child under 4 years.

The house is equipped with under floor heating, water-jacketed stove and 15 m2 solar panels. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a kitchen-island. Washing-machine, drier and a drying-cabinet.

A big livingroom with a 42 inches flat screen TV and 7.1 surround sound, satellite channels and a DVD player. Two bathrooms with shower cabinets. Electric sauna. For bedrooms (two twobeds, one with fourbeds and one with a big bunkbed).

A very spacious back entrance with a deepfreeze and a lot of room for skis, bicycles and fishing gear for instance.

A big wooden deck with a swimming pool, barbecue, and awnings overlooking our lake and forest. The pool is heated by the solar panels.

Prices per week (sat-sat):

w.25-33 10.000 SEK

w. 18-24, w. 34-39, w. 51,52,1, and 6-9 in addtion, the week before and after Easter: 7.000 SEK

The remaining weeks: 5.500 SEK

Electricity cost: 2 SEK/kWh. Firewood can be bought here at the farm: 70 SEK/about 70 litres.

The house is very well insulated and has a ventilation system with a heat exchanger thus it is very energy efficient.

Linen cost 200 SEK/bed. Electric boat motor and battery: 300 SEK/week. The final cleaning is 1.200 SEK.

The rent includes: bicycles, boat, canoe and free fishing in our lake (perch and pike).
