Villervallan

A compact living built in 2011 consisting of two buildings, one with a basement.

There is a double bed in building 1 and two single beds in building 2. The kitchen has a stove with two hotplates, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee percolator, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge. You will have a panoramic view over our lake while sitting at the dinner table. Building 1 has a small living room with a sofa set and a wall mounted television, (Swedish and German free channels) a small cassette toilet and a shower with a skylight. All the rooms are ventilated. Building 2 has an efficient water jacketed fireplace which gives the two buildings a nice under floor heating as well as hot water. This system is also heated by solar panels and an immersion heater. Wood for the fireplace can be purchased on the farm for 50 SEK/box (around 70 liters). The second building also has a modern and environmentally friendly Compostera toilet. In the basement you will find a deepfreeze, a drying cabinet, a shower, a small sauna and there is still space left for two comfortable wooden armchairs. There is Wi-Fi in all the buildings.

This house is perfect for people interested in riding (more info under the tab “trail riding”). If fishing is your passion you can not only fish in our lake but in many other beautiful lakes nearby.

Price/week:

High season: w.25-33: 3000 SEK

Middle season: w.18-24, w.34-39 w.51, 52, 1 and w.6-9 including the weeks before and after Easter 1500 SEK

Low season: The remaining weeks: 1000 SEK.

Electricity costs 1SEK/kWh Final cleaning 400SEK.

Shorter and longer stays can, of course, be arranged.

The rent includes a plastic row boat, an aluminum canoe and vintage bicycles.
